• SHOW UP 10–15 MINUTES EARLY! Late arrivals may not be admitted into class.
  • Please sign in first at the front desk before entering the yoga room.
  • Bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. No glass water bottles please.
  • Put all your belong­ings in the cubby holes or the lockers during class. No mobile phones, pagers, shoes, bags, or extra clothes in the practice rooms. Remember to leave your valuables at home.
  • Cell Phones are NOT allowed in the practice rooms. Turn your phone off and decide that what ­ever hap­pens dur­ing class you will deal with once it is over.
  • The practice room is a sacred space. Please remove your shoes and enter the practice space in a way that hon­ors the exist­ing energy.
  • Please stay quiet during class.
  • Please keep your body and feet clean when attending class.
  • Keep away from heavy per­fume. It can cause aller­gic reaction.
  • If you are sick please stay home and get better.
  • Stay with the exercises/poses being offered by the instruc­tor, mod­ify them if needed, and keep the prac­tice healthy for your body.  Inquire with the instruc­tor before or after class if you have any ques­tions or need guidance.
  • Stay through final savasana. If you must leave early set up by the door, inform the instruc­tor when po­si­ble, and qui­etly gather up your belong­ings mak­ing the quietest most unas­sum­ing exit of your life.
